I would say that it's pretty crappy....1:694 conversion rate means your traffic must be really untargeted but if it's free traffic then at least your making money
My conversion rates has suffered since about april, I still strive for 1 in a 100 though, where I use to get 2 - 5 in a 100 but as they said I would worry about the high refund chargeback rate. Mine I like to keep at 1 percent.
Well that amount of sales was from two weeks.. and my traffic is targeted fine. It's all from my website. http://www.watchit3.com/
Well I would imagine the conversion rate would be quite low for that type of product, perhaps some other people here promote it and could give you a comparative.
Almost $1k a month is not bad, but looking at your conversion rates, of course, you could be doing better... Usually it's around 1:100, which is considered as "normal".
I'm in at least 6 unrelated niches and my average hop to sales ratio is around a hundred for all products. This is from 70% organic and 30% article marketing traffic. Your 1:694 conversion rate seems high. Could it be the product (and vendor sales page) you are promoting?
If your hops are as targetted as you say then it must just be a pretty poor converting product. I made double those sales last month with only about 2000 hops. But you're making alot more than alot of CB affiliates, so I wouldn't worry too much.
That's actually one of top converting products on Clickbank, same as Net Movie Downloads. So the problem is probably the quality of traffic...
try to send visitor to "compare review" style landing page. test it for a period, it will work better.
I would be complaining, but some of the products I promote are in that ratio as well 1 : 500. Either traffic is not targeted or the site you`re promoting the banners is not that related.
