i am about opening a site which is a megavideo stream generator i'm not hosting any of the filez on my server it will just be streamed and i wanted to know if i can put G ads on tht site

No, not if you don't have permission to show the videos. It doesn't make a difference that you don't host the files - just linking is contributory infringement.

 

and wht if i dont show the videos and make it possible tht ppl enter there link and a video gets generated?

with a site like that you would prob be better off with adbrite...

 

but as long as i know does G ads pay more and i saw a lot premium link generator sites which have G ads this is something similar to.

I would recommend contacting the video provider and getting a written consent to stream their videos.
