I love that Ah Jeez pic, i show it to my nephew when he asks me silly questions or makes dumb suggestions. Regarding the Adsense problem, well i think its a case of you will not pull the wool over googles eyes for long before they find out. Sure, their not exactly squeeky clean themselves, but they can afford to pay their way out of their little hiccups.
You can try my AdSense Reinstatement Guide but it wasn't really meant for someone who broke the TOS I would suggest cutting ties with Google as you are obviously not the kind of Publisher they are looking for (Certainly not the kind us Advertisers are looking for)
Thats their way to punish you for breaking another Term of TOS. i.e.- Once you are banned you are banned for the life.. You tried cheating google, but was dumb to be in adsense so they kicked you out again. thats simple.
The vast, vast number of people banned by Google were caught cheating in one way or another. It's very rare that someone who didn't do anything wrong is banned. Or at least that's the conclusion I come to after seeing all these "I was banned from Adsense!" threads on DP. Eventually, 99% of them admit to cheating.
the cynic in me even wonders if they really ARE banned. Have you noticed how these "Im banned" threads always get big page views on DP!? read into it what you will................ .................oh look theres my google email, Im off to start a new thread here
