Does professional Link builder software or professional Link building service providers are more helpful in ranking high to site or I can do it my self

What are advantages and disadvantages to have link building manually?

I recommend not using any software for building links. You will get all the links you need by participating on forums, doing blog commenting and submitting articles.

I also find the automatic link building software to be inadequate. Still needs som much manual intervention. Does anyone know of a fuully automated utility or software to use?

you should use autoblogging. It's a lowcost way of building hundreds of thousands of valid backlinks from blogs.

Read about it in the free ebook at bloggerhigh.com

re the O.P - it depends on the niche, the general level of link volatility, and a bunch of other factors. Needless to say, if your little site suddenly acquires 1,000,000 backlinks in a single night, Google may be ... amused. Having said that, there are not really any absolute limits. A popular youtube vid, for example, might acquire tens of thousands of links very quickly.

I think you should use some software autosubmit your site (rss feed) to search engine
but you should submit your site to directories, forums, blog comment, link exchange by your seft (you can use roboform - i think it useful)

If I'm starting a new site, I'm usually very careful about getting too many links at once. I'll start out with between 3-5 per day from blog commenting. I am probably being way too cautious though. As time goes on, I'll double or triple the amount of backlinks per day.

@OP: I stick to around 10 links per day, this includes blog comments, social bookmarks and forum SIGs. Directory submissions can be done much faster.

Whatever strategy you apply to get links you must make sure the links look natural, targeted and don't come in bulk all at once.

you can make up a routine for each day. Write few articles each day, do forum posting with your link in your signature, make blogs, comment on blogs related to your niche. Each day, you can follow this practice, and see the progress in link building!
