    Has MANY backlinks, but as previous owner let 'fall off' do to domain not being hosted for a period of time, the new site I built will need to be indexed (should not take long).

    The backlinks are still in place, just needs to be revisited by the crawler... see this link for history:

    Last archived last year in 2005, I just 'upped' the site, give it a couple weeks and it will be recrawled, and profiting from the backlinks already in place.

    IMHO

    NOTICE: On the archive page, you will see the old site was reselling internet service as well. I contacted the provider, and they said they still offer this resell option. Could be an income source for the new owner, if they have time.
