Me suggest u to use google analytic to analyze the site's traffic and webmaster tool for all other .

I use google analytics and webmaster tool to check my site and analyze the backlinks of my competitors to see if I can use some of them.

 

There are many factors that are being consider during site analysis. On-page factors, indexed pages, links, competitors, etc... You can use different seo tools in this matter.

 

agree with flatroxs better do it manually...coz so many factors are there. Only one site cant analyze all factors.

 

why can't? it just a matter of coding / scripting
make life easier just open one site rather than open source sites (yahoo, google, etc) one by one.

 

Yeah this is a good tool I use. But you can also use google webmaster tools and analytics for traffic analysis.

for sure yes we must rely on google web master tool to monitor our sites on google in term of index, crawled, keywords, and submit sitemap.

ref to traffic i'm not just use google analytic, i use extreme tracking as well.
