Well, we all hate paypal some times, but is the most popular one and the best one we can actually use at the moment.

Well.. yeah, I agree, paypal really can't do anything if we get scammed 'cause we are the ones who decided to make the transaction with these unknown people so it really would be better to think twice before getting into transactions with people whom you are uncertain of.

I have no problems either, but allot of people having problems with PP !
A good friend lost 300$ because they blocked his account for no reason, they have not the right to steel 300$ of him. Its no problem that PP blocked his account but they had to give him his 300$ back

The money wasn't "stolen" from your friend and there are reasons why such things such as account limitations occur.

Sounds like a lot of people are having troubles with PP, which is quite surprising. I've never had any experiences like that. hmm

I'm truly sorry, this has happened to me too. Best advice you will get: Try to avoid buying stuff using payment processors, always think twice before clicking the "Pay" button. You will save yourself most of the trouble. When you really need to buy something, then do your research about that person before paying him, try to find out if he's a company or he's an individual and verify his identity - ask him to talk over the phone and there are more other ways, such as check his PayPal account information, such as where he come from. This will most likely put a barrier and will scare scammers away. If a transaction goes wrong and you see the seller doesn't respond or try to avoid you and couple of hours already passed, don't hesitate and open a dispute, this will froze the money on his account and can insure your money safety. In the dispute, provide accurate information so that PayPal can help you better. If you buy stuff over at eBay - always deal with good sellers with high reputation. Finally, if you want your money back, ask your bank to issue a "Stop Payment Requests", this usually has a fee of $25 but if the transaction amount is high you can use that and it will return the funds, I never used it so I'll suggest you to consult with your bank.

Ok always pay with echeck at paypal learned bank automaticly refund .

Also try a chargeback and make sure to send bank all information you have on seller.

I lost my chargeback because I know longer had the emails that proved seller never
gave me product. Man did I scream at my bank for allowing me to get ripped off.
