Clean niche sites creation service

Hi guys,

I spent the last few days playing with WordPress and have come up with a method of creating clean, classic web sites with header image at the top and list of articles and other links in the sidebar.

I will create a site like the one in sample for you for only $30. You just need to give me the topic (niche) of your site and articles/content. The site will be monetized by Google adsense and Amazon store. Comes with about, privacy, contact form pages; and search engine optimized.

Here's what I will do:

1. I will search and register a relevant .com domain name
2. I will create a relevant header image for the site and populate your articles
3. I will log into your amazon account and set up Amazon store (or, you can set it up and just give me the link). It will be integrated/embedded in the site
4. I will complete the site within 2 days
5. I shall host it on my web space for one year w/o any additional charge

To be frank, this kind of offers are waste. It's like giving away $30 for nothing. All those peope say we will do all the keyword research and seo worth of hundreds of dollars.

Like select the domain(only selection not registering),do the niche research and keyword research, and ask to set up the blog in a customized template ( for which you do not have to create a theme etc).

Gaint: I am not sure about your question. If I understand you correctly, this is what you are going to provide me:

• Your desired domain name
• The articles/content for your site and the keywords for each of the articles

This is what you want me to do:

• Registering the domain
• Setting up hosting on my server for this domain
• Installing and configuring the niche site with a relevant header graphic and populate it with your content. The site is going to include contact form page, privacy page, About page, Amazon store.

that's good. is it plain html? or anyother programming used? and also i would like to know if i can update the right side navigation in one shot because if i have 30 pages content, i'll have to manually update all of them if I add more links to the navigation.

gskesavan: The niche site uses WordPress and produces highly search engine optimized pages (you might want to check the page title and META info of sample site).

What you will be getting is no less than a full blown content management system (I install all the needed plugins). When you add a new page, the right side navigation list automatically gets populated with it. Also if you have noticed links to all the articles except the current are listed below each article page. Again, these are smart in the sense that you don't need to manually update anything anywhere. When you add a page, it appears there automatically.

Analyze the sample site deeply and you will find that the navigation is intelligent, the ads placement smart (appears in the same place where the content links were on other pages) and right side navigation is contextual (if you are in Contact page, it will not show a link to this contact page in the sidebar).
