weird. I paid my cmodz-hosting bill on 11-22 and it still says unpaid. contacted them twice now and no return.

edit-they just made contact, hopefully all is well now

 

I tried it few seconds ago and i was redirected into http://ns7.cmodz-hosting.com/suspended.page/

 

I wrote an article about how to block some countries with a little and simple PHP code, just some copy and paste here.
I use MaxMind GeoIP code.

The .htaccess generated code from http://www.blockacountry.com/ is not really accurate.

 

Or they use the method that had been added to this thread which is very effective

 

Agreed,they used to be very good but sometime their server is down by not giving any prior notice.
After i email them,then only they tell me that they having migrating server.

Did anyone see a substantial drop in earnings for yesterday through adversal. My adsense impressions were down by about 15%, however my adversal revenue dropped by 50%, I haven't had a day this bad on a non public holiday / weekend for quite a while now.

I wouldn't worry too much about day to day drops in revenue, just make sure it goes up week on week or month on month. It should be expected that traffic will steadily drop towards the end of this month as people start the christmas/new year holidays.

Have you tried to empty your browser cache?
If you use mozilla firefox, press Shift+Ctrl+R to reload without cache.

Or you can try to use other proxy to view your website.

 

I pressed my shirt and then Ctrl+R but nothing happens.

Not me. The one thing I find about adversal is it is very consistant. As long as the people are there, you get the $$ regardless if the click or not.

I got rejected by infolinks because my site is a proxy site, anyone else had the same problem?

Does anyone else now good affiliate programs or other ad networks that work well with proxy sites?

 

Its works here also and yeah i'm also using FF (maby u use IE)
All my proxies do weird in IE but FF it the best so

 

Might want to consider getting IE working right. IE is still what a majority of internet users use.

 

That was how it was for me. I would consistently earn within $2 from them for every proxy day, however the drop in revenue today is unexpected due to the relatively high adsense impressions yet a drop in adversal revenue. My guess is I have a 50% following from private schools, where all hits are from behind a proxy and therefore originally showed up on adversal not adsense. Now they have left, the adversal has dropped? A bit far fetched but possible.

I am just annoyed as I was banking on adversal to pull consistently for about another week

 

I am curious, do most schools block websites with domain name containing "proxy" / "proxies"?
If they do, how could the students visit proxy top sites and find some proxies?
Most of proxy top sites contain "proxy" / "proxies" on the domain name.

 

yes, and most students don't, unless of course it's a newer topsite. I personally think most topsites are a waste of time but there are some good ones for example mwolk
