You've probably fallen victim to an autoposting plugin that searches for content matching the criteria and creates posts from it. You have a couple of options, depending on what you want to achieve:
    1. if there's a contact link on the site, get in touch and tell him you don't appreciate your content being posted as under his copyright, and if he doesn't take action to remove it you will be pursuing the matter. That way, you've covered yourself if he's just using some software "instant niche riches" stuff he's been told to do...
    2. if that fails, you have the option to discredit his notice by including a sig line on your rss feed that says "if you are reading this article anywhere other than at http://myblog.com it has been pirated, please visit the original source at [link to original article] - there are plenty of wordpress plugins that let you customise your feed this way, I believe it's also an option at feedburner. You didn't mention what service or platform you use so I'm being general.
    3. You may want to be a bit more subtle. Start cross linking to your other posts. If someone clicks on a link that says "I wrote about this in more detail in my article on xxyyzz technique" and it takes them to your blog, they're going to see whose content it is, and meanwhile you've just harvested HIS traffic.

Other easy way to stop him copying your content is emailing him and warn him not to do this, other way is to find out his hosting provider and write to them that your client is copying your copyrighted content without your permission.

    This might help!

If emailing the person directly doesn't get you anywhere, the only thing you can do is contact their host, and indicate that you will be taking legal action against them if the copyrighted content isn't removed from their servers.

But in the real world, you should probably just forget about it and get on with life. At least your content was worth copying - so you're doing something right :)

yeah kerosene is right, you must have good quality content for someone to want to copy it.
but yeah if warning them doesnt work then the sad news is that theres very little you can do.
Ive fallen victim to people robbing my rescources that ive spent hours making just to get nowhere when it comes to reporting this issue.
the best thing you can do is do your best to prevent it by adding codes to block copy/paste and add a copyright notice to all images displayed.
