Would you continue to invest your time into web development or decide that 1k is good enough for you and enjoy the money instead?

I wish I made 1K a month, but that is not me. Maybe 2k will make me happy and I also want to use this money to start offline business.

$500 is number line that I can quit my job and begin full time web business for myself.
$1K is long term goal I am working to achieve now.

I would carry on with the website and prehaps invest in a second website, until I was earning engouth profit to quit my job and then work full-time online and carry on building up a network of websites, your able to earn $10,000/month from running a number of websites, which all started with the website you spent countless hours building up.

I'd be happy at 2K (well I'd be happy at 1K but I could relax at 2K).

I'm making $1,900AUD per fortnight and because I'm still in school, I have no expenses, therefore all profit is reinvested into my business.

1k per month is nice money but if your looking to live off that alone it's not gonna cut it. You also want to reinvest and have some money on the side in case of hard times. If you can make 1k then keep goig until you make at least double what you need to live.

Purchasing consumer electronics in bulk from my supplier in China, putting my logo on it, and selling on eBay. Simple :p

$1k a month isn't nearly enough for an average person, especially one with a family.. I couldn't survive on that a week lol.

$1k in the USA isn't enough to live comfortably let alone do full-time.

It really depends though. If one of my projects makes that much within a short period of time I might reconsider.
