I want a glitzy glamor WordPress theme ~ $200 budget, will pay 50% upfront!

    Hi, I need an experienced designer who can make WordPress themes. Here are just some examples of sites that I'd like it to be based on:

    http://www.jp33.com/juicy-couture-projects.html

    I want:

    A nice glitzy, sparkling background,
    custom category/send to friend/comment icons,
    valid in CSS/XHTML/etc,
    widget ready,
    125x125 placement graphics,
    and some other stuff I'll inform you about along the way

    You need to have a portfolio, take PayPal, and be able to complete it before January 01, 2009.
