Needed Immediately: Simple CSS Job *PAYING*

I need a very simple CSS job done for me.

I have the HTML for a simple table (layout) and I just need someone to create a CSS page to match the layout. One background color and one content color.

The only other thing I need with it is simple rounded corners so the contents dont look like a square box.

If you can do the job, Im paying by PayPal. My budget is pretty small for this simple job, so please post your quote and timeframe. A big + if you can get it done right away.
