    yes you will get banned if you ask anybody to click your ads

    You can never,ever,in any place, encourage people to click your ads. Not even singing it in the bathroom, as someone in the living room might hear you :)

    Actually, you must not even think about it. The better thing to do is focus on your niche, so advertisers will love you more.

    It's all about quality, not quantity.
