Realistically you might want to explore the dedicated server route. Its nice that you are upfront about what you intend to run, but most hosting services are not going to want you to run a game server in a shared environment. Hope this helps.
Yeah I guess your right Mia but I'm not going to be running a gaming server on it, I have a game server for americas army somewhere else but I need to run a script from a different server just to get the players info. It's a basic script and does not use alot of resources.

Ok thanks for your help guys, at some point soon I will also need a master / reseller account with about the same specs but not with cPGS. I would also like to have a simple billing system as well but not whmcs as I can't stand it....

I think you will make the right decision to choose glowhost.com reseller hosting plans. You will find out the availability of their systems administrators and send them a support ticket, asking them for additional installations and see how fast they respond.
