Uploading weekly changes to adwords

    I have a unique situation...we sell about 700 unique products on our website, and I want to create an adwords campaign that uploads each product number with the current stock and price. They would all have the same ad, just different keywords. Is there a good way to accomplish this so that I could upload the changes weekly and keep the inventory/price current on adwords?

    I have a file with all of our inventory, just need to know how to format it and how upload it. Thanks!

    adwords editor and excel are the best ways to get this accomplished.
