    I will explain for you seeing as it is Christmas and I do not want you to have to Google it. :)

    The horse before the cart - to do something before other things are going to happen.

    I built the website in my signature for you to all come to for a look occasionally.

    If I didn't build it then you would not be able to come there.

    Simple really..
