Quality traffic -- it's the "Holy Grail" of online marketing. After all, there's not much point in having a website if your potential customers aren't able to find it! This week, we're going to focus on some of the different ways you can drive quality traffic to your site. (And by "quality," I mean visitors that are likely to BUY what you sell on your site!) In this article, I'll talk about 1 of my favorite ways to attract more customers to your site. (And it's all freeee!) So let's get started with my top #1 tip -- if you're not using any of these strategies, the time to get started is today! Traffic Tip #1: Give away content This is one of the best traffic strategies out there... Simply write a series of short articles that are packed with useful information and tips, then submit them to online article directories and other free content sites. Not only will you get some great inbound links pointing to your site, which will help you with the search engines -- other people can republish your articles on their own sites, which will help spread the word about your business and build your credibility as an industry expert!
Don't forget to give away more free content at your Website in order to build a mailing list. "Sign up to get a free report..." Charlie
No offense, but I think we're pretty much all aware that writing articles is an effective way to market your site
Excellent tip, poppaippi! If you can provide interesting and useful content you will get targeted traffic and by submitting the articles to the biggest article directories you will get back links directly from the directories, but also from other peoples sites when they find the articles and post them on their sites. The higher quality, the better. I know many people who make a full-time income online from articles alone.
Hello friends I am new member. Thanks for providing good source of information on Way to Drive Paying Customers to Your Site.
if you place these articles in a article directory and on your blog, is that considered duplicated content?
Yep, if you rewrite them a little bit though. They become unique . Currently seeing how much you have to rewrite them, as yet i am yet to see any of my articles come up as Dupe content . Takes me about 15 mins if that to write a 500 word article on my newest site (I learned the subject inside out first of course ) So 4 unique articles in an hour. Much better than spun articles in my opinion. I noticed that switching the order round an (If its a 10 things to do in .... then switch around a few of the placements. If it's an article, read it a few times then rewrite it.)using different tones of writing brings the better results. Also if you can write as a female and a male, it tends to reach to both genders.
