I want to hire: WebSite Designer (details inside)

    Hello:
    I need a permanent assistant for web design work.

    Mostly what I need is someone who can do "finishing / polishing" of a website:
    take the content, and format it to look nice (not a whole website template, just the internal content). For someone who creates complex templates, this work should be super easy.

    You will add graphics / relevant photos and play with the typography.
    You can give me the design in photoshop and I will do the html/css
    -or- preference given to a designer who can do their own html/css.
    (if you are a great designer who doesn't do html/css apply anyway).

    I need GREAT design, someone who can really take that last step in a website and make it look well-put-together.

    I do not think you need someone permanent , it will be hardly 2-3 hours work/week .
