[WTB] Cheap Traffic

Hey guys,

I am looking for cheap traffic that can convert. So in other words I want traffic that is at a small price but will get me back money from ads and so on; I need all unique IPs and all human visitors. I don't want to be paying too much as I am not looking for really good traffic, even PTC will do; I am waiting for replies.

Now to help you guys out in what I need, this is it.
- Unique traffic that can be spread over a daily regime (100-300 UV a day)
- 100-300 UV for 10+ sites eventually
- Long term traffic sales partner
- Real traffic
- Adsense safe
- 30+ second viewing time (preferably not PTC, but I am happy if it is good).
- Accept Paypal
- Giving a cheap or free review of the traffic

I only need something like 30 adsense clicks to get me to what I want on each site, so what I have said in around 3000 UV a month, should be fine - as long as it is decent and real traffic. I am however happy to go to 500-1000 UV a day eventually, once I see results.
