and i own 3 sites , so do i hit 15000 too ? but not for now, now i hit about 1k-3k per site.

Guest writing is a very common practice among bloggers. Many would freely write on other authors blogs for a link or publicity.

However it appears his blog is brand new, so nothing to gain from guest writing.
