Is text-link-ads.com is back?

Few months back i heard that google have banned TLA [ Text-link-ads.com ] was reading this article and found it, and its not good for those websites which use TLA ads, google even ban them.
But i saw google adsense ads of TLA here at DP, and i have checked TLA on google search, they are back and got indexed again.
Google have given them "authority website" ranking as well. so i wanna know that is it safe to use TLA as a Publisher?

Im confused.

TLA has been active all the time, I've been using them for about a year now without any problems. In my opinion, they are by far the second most lucrative affiliate program out there.

 

They renamed themselves IZEA.

 

so they work? or don't work? and they are now called IZEA.

Don't even bother with them. Take a look at backlinks.com. Much better.

 

Are you talking about Payperpost or Text link Ads??? They are not the same thing...

TLA is the same as it as been since the day it started. PayPePost is now IZEA...
