Hosting mp3 albums or movies is highly illegal. And you will need a Offshore dedicated server for it. You may find some host is offering unmetered or unlimited disk space hosting but they don't allow any kind of file hosting. Your hosting account will use a lot of CPU and RAM and shared hosting account won't be suitable for you. Post your budget but your budget can't be less than $150 because of your huge requirements.

Be aware that is sorta dedicated server and that is always more expensive then shared host. I would recommend to switch your search to the unmetered solutions not unlimited

Broda why dont you try a Offshore VPS Server Mp3 Files hosting is illigal , and very rare companies are offering it.

Seems that you need offshore service for this.
And at least you should choose a VPS, but Dedicated will be better.
Semi-Dedicated will also ok.
