    Do you mean you want to put banner ads at your site?
    Then you can use the ads network such as bidvertiser,adsense,adbrite etc

    Nearly, example: Ads networks pays me 30$ for a month for 1 banner place.

    I don't think you'll find an ad network that is serious about paying a fixed price for banner placements.

    Try to find people in DP who are willing to put their ads on your site.
    If you have good amount of traffic,you will easily find some.
    Advertise on buy-sell-tread thread.

    If you are looking to have a fixed price then you need to get some person persnally, No ad network is going to offer you any fixed price for the advertisement. They pay you on the performance.
