help for wordpress blog

    can i design my own wordpress blog? or i can only use their themes given? i'm using a blog hosted by wordpress.com.

    If your using WordPress.com you can only use the themes provided, or pay for the priviledge of using a custom CSS file.

    No, I don't think you can use your own customized template unless you want to host it yourself.
