Oh, it certainly does help, for SEO or just traffic. It's really an outstanding list. We must only look if they're do or nofollow and start the game.
It's not my list... I merely stumbled across in the course of my day while visiting blogs and forums. We should all give them a big shout out comment for all the effort that they put into this. Heck, I have only B2B sites and never bookmark myself.
