Minus 500 posts in 1 day ?

    Yesterday my total post count was around 14 800 and today its around 14300,Just wanted to know what happened to other 500 posts ?

    Same here getjimmy :(

    Just sent PM to one of our mod to check further in this as few hours back my total posts counts 12400 and now its 12200 (average posts/day droped from 12.87 to 12.67) :(

    I don't see a lot of recent posts being deleted or anything for either of you, but it could have been a few things:

    1. If threads you posted in were deleted, your posts are deleted. So if someone was deleting a lot of posts yesterday in some area you frequent a lot, that could be the issue.

    2. If you posted a lot of generic welcome-type messages in the introductions forum, someone may have cleared them out.

    3. There's always the chance it's a database issue (I know something similar happened not long ago where things were out of sync). If that's the case, the counts should update when the issue's sorted out.

    I have many posts in 2-3 "cricket related threads" and they are still there,also i don't post in intro forum,so looks like its a database issue.

    These mods keep deleting our posts/threads.

    I don't have any problems with that. But, strongly feel it's affecting the database.
    Currently my profile says 2,014 posts, but after search it says 2,029 posts!

    New members (with low post counts) don't seem to have such problems...

    I don't post in intro forums as well and my all recent threads are already there. It must be DB issue IMO :(
