I am using AVG internet security. No problem at all. comes with anti spyware also. So there is no requirement of any additional security software. Thats why AVG is best.

I tried downloading the trial version of AVG but it hangs in the middle of the download process. Is there any advice you can give me based on this?

    Thanks

Like others, I believe NOD32 is a great anti-virus software.
    Hasn't done me wrong yet.

In my honest opinion, Kaspersky and NOD32 is good.

Because I have tried many Anti Virus softwares like AVG, Avast, Norton.

AVG is alright but not as customizable as NOD32.

Avast is bad, heavy CPU usage. There's once my computer crash because Avast was unable to load and somehow in someway it cock up my startup of windows.

Norton, like many others said. Lousy.
