Paypal account type

Hey,

I just receive a payment via Paypal and it looks like I can't accept it with my Personal account ?? I think it's because the account is limited to 5 payments from credit card per year .. So, should I understand that I don't really have to choice to upgrade my profile to the Premier account ??

Paypal permits you to have two accounts one personal and one premier.

If you do want to accept Credit Card payments then you should use your Premier Accounts the fees is only 3.4%+$0.30 while personal account fees is 5.9% +$0.30

Go ahead and make second paypal Account and email your buyer to send you money on Premier Account , refund your personal Account Payment to the buyer.

 

I don't understand why can't you use only one - premier. Basic account sucks in any case. Upgrade to preier - that's free and fees are less !

The Basic accounts helps you save on the fees, when the money is from the PayPal funds.

If you are receiving business payments, you MUST use a premier/biz account for that purpose.

 

So if we dont get payments through credit card then, can we use personal accounts to accept unlimited payments...?

 

Then, I'm gonna give my Premier account email to the users who want to pay me from a credit card and my Personnal account email to the ones who want to pay me from their paypal funds ??

Just go with a premier, no need to have two of them

 

Please chekc with paypal might be you can upgrade yur personal account to premmier. It's would be fine for you
