I haven't used it personally. But every one I know that has ever used it says it's shit. Then just in general, Vista has a bad name. Most anyone who knows about computers, hates Vista. That's the way it goes, it's Microsoft's fault for being so stupid and releasing a OS that can't get it's act together.

Vista doesnt add anything valuable to XP. It just gives you more headache.

VISTA is BEST! next versions of Windows 7 is also based on VISTA! you cannot use XP for your whole life.... try VISTA for 2 - 3 days, and you will know why its good!

you just need good hardware, if you dont have good pc config obviously you wont like VITSA :D

    I disagree.
Sure Vista looks much cooler, but what are the actual benefits? Even if you have a good rig, your gonna get low performance.

Some programs are still not compatible with Vista. I.e.they just fixed skype, but it was seriously malfunctioning before. I also find 2007 Office a bit tricky...need time to learn how to use it.

Oh by the way guys, what's your approx cpu performance ? I'm receiving 60-70% sometimes up to 100%. I don't know why. Guess that is due to programs which i have all running at the same time... :/

the fact I don't like about it is that you are forced to use it you won't be able to run programs or games even on a new computer using xp bc it does not support 64bit techology and teh 64bit version of xp is double of the costs for vista...

I use XP at work, Vista at home. I thought Vista was horrible, so I went out and bought XP to install on my desktop. Didn't like it all that much, reinstalled vista. I have a dual core processor, and 4GB RAM, one 512 MB Video Card, everything runs just fine, its not sluggish. I prefer Vista, can't wait to see what this new Windows 7 is like.

Got Vista Business with my new laptop and I absoltly love it. The first few days spent getting used to some things which have changed but after that I haven had a single problem. Runs really smoothly (I do have 3gb of ram).

    Thumbs up to Microsoft!

Vista is ok until you start trying install applications, Vista truly sucks.
