Haha India is not the best, not even close. The food is good. Especially Punjabi food. Although very flatulent, it's a treat for the tastebuds.

And Cricket, our sacred national pastime The one thing that unifies Indians accross the nation in a spirit of mass frenzy. Our nation's people yell at television sets when a catch is dropped, celebrate hysterically and set off fireworks if team India wins, and should we loose a match, people go so far as to assault returning cricket players at airports with slippers and stones!

I love an Indian. In fact he is the one who introduced me here and always helping me with my websites stuff. In Thailand, some people think Indian are not good. My boy friend says, it is because there are few Indians who do wrong things and spoil the name of the rest of the Indians. I think he is right.
By the way, I love Indian music.

 

India is best Because
1) India is the only country which never invaded any coutry in last 10000 years
2) Hinduism is the first religion that came into the existence with this world
3) Sanskrit is the mother of all language
4) Still that culture exists, where women and men doesn't shake hand when they meet, they join their hands and say "NAMASTE" to respect the elders and youngers to them
5) The people in here are so warm and helpful in nature ( * Not all Like Amit Patel )
6) Indian treats their guests as god
7) Still we worship Animals (Cows, tortoise, etc) and we do worship the stones as well
8) indian has the longest dance festival in the whole world known as Navratri (nav=9 Ratri=Night) 9 days of dance

 

apart from the fact it's a 3rd world country and it's in great poverty and there's lions that eat village people..

I aint sure if you are indian or not..
But out of every 1000 people there are 11 people who owns shop thats the highest ratio in the world.
In delhi 45 people out of 1000 people own a store.
India is the 3rd country which has the highest number of cell phones.
India is the 2nd country after Switzerland where number of cell phones are more than the landlines..
do you still agree India has a great poverty ? or i shud put some more stats

In my opinion the present and ongoing generation of Indian is becoming very forward looking and don't really care about lot of issues for which India known. E.g caste system, arranged marriage, religion bias etc.

The middle class community who mostly drive the economy of India has most practical attitude. If you have visited or lived in Mumbai (Bombay) you will figure it out.

Off course India has its own problems and shortcomings in people's mindset, but its not difficult to see India is going to be most happening place in coming decades.

In my view India is not the best. Can anybody show me in which field are we the BEST Of The Best?
In Cricket India is beaten all the time. Forget all other sports.
In Economis field---there are more hungry people than well-off.
In culture---there should not be any comparision---every tiny society---even insects have their own distinct cultures--which they think is the best.
In religion---I don't think any religion is good--for me only one religion---HUMANISM.

But WAIT..............India is the best on one thing --in producing humans. Soon it is going to be the most populous country in the world-----and the world will have to depend on India for human resounce in 25 years time.
