so what is the difference between submitting to SubmitContent (free) and using isnare's distribution service (paid)?

i cant use the site. eveytime i try to submit an article, it will just stop loading after awhile. in FF, sometimes i get the message:

and in IE i get the page cannot be displayed error.

I use submitcontent thru Isnare and it gives good result, now I had many one way links that helps my site to get high ranking at MSN.
