Shawn Hogan (Owner of DP) Is Getting Sued For Cooking Stuffing

This issue never ended. I won't be surprise few months from now Shawn Hogan will have a Movie.

of course he can, and yes he did. read the thread. somewere in here there is a link to an offical goverment website with court cases that includes him.

 

Are you saying his cookie is gonna get stuffed? You do realize this is not a criminal matter ATM, right? Its a civil suit. You don't go to jail in American, certainly not a blank me in the ass prison, for civil matters.

 

There have been some developments in the case for those who are curious.

The various defendants appear to have filed motions to dismiss all or parts of the action. You can read more here:

Looks like the hearing on Shawn and DP's motion will be heard on 12/12/08.

Yeah, I really didn't edit the title. It's pretty funny though!!!

 

LOL I'll cook eBay some stuffing and then I'll stuff them with a nice big lawyer's bill
