Well..I dont think Paypal can do much for this as their duty is to pass on the funds to NEFT transfer..I guess the RBI strike meant a huge backlog for funds on the 19th and 20th and that is probably the reason behind the delay.
Its Paypal Job to file a Complaint with their bank if amount is not credited to users accounts within 3 business days the maximum time RBI suggest for NEFT between "RBI strike reason" is only a Guess we make
Only the transaction of 19th is mossing for me. I have started recieving money for wht i withfrew on 22nd 23rd and 24th
In future don't use Indian bank for this transaction, they are taking so much of time better you can use some other best bank.
Well to be frank. If people having problem with one same bank can be understood. My bank is ICICI Bank still i am facing it
Yes true this problem is with all transaction processed by paypal on 20th (i.e 19th withsdrawal) I am also suffering and my bank is AXIS BANK LTD
u withdrawn in paypal on 20 feb but it got completed after 24 hrs which is 21st feb. And if u requested withdrawal on 19th on paypal which got completed on 20th else please stay out of this topic. Thanks
Let's some thing clear about process. PayPal job is transfer money via NEFT service and once Completed status noted PayPal done their job and all delay are depends on banks and RBI staff. All your transition first gets clearance from RBI Mumbai office and then dispatch to your Banks and then your branches. In people who request transfer on 19th and 20th are waiting because RBI's strike and holidays so lot's of payments are pending to clearance. Also RBI's NEFT service is settled in six batches at 0900, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1500 and 1700 hours on weekdays and 0900, 1100 and 1200 hours on Saturdays. So you can guess why it's delay. Also officially PayPal informed you about 8 Business days. I think payments will be cleared from Monday onwards.

Hi guys, I was about to start a thread on this same problem, then I found out many of you guys are having this problem too. I withdrew funds to my bank account (HDFC) on 22nd Feb and I haven't still received my funds yet. Usually, it only takes two to three days for me to get the funds. I have sent paypal a mail but I don't think they will do anything as their part so to speak is finished. Now, it is up to NEFT to clear the funds. Has anyone here withdrawn funds on 22nd Feb, Sunday? Please let me know. Thanks.
Not true .. this is not only 19th or 20th ....my transaction was 22nd Feb and My bank is ICICI and I have not received yet.
Yep; mine was on 22nd Feb and my bank is HDFC. I haven't received the funds either. I don't know what's going on?
Yes I had transferred fund on 22nd Feb. In PP it is showing completed but not credit to my bank account yet..
I too withdrawn the money on 22nd and on 19th too,still not yet received single payment! I think we should wait for monday!
