Already they got tons of email for this issue IMO Better to call them on their phone number and try to know the current situation for that withdrawal. DON.
For all I know, Paypal would definitely not try to make a quick buck or two this way. Besides, since this problem has affected all of us, rest assured Paypal will be looking into it. I guess it is better if we let Paypal and ICICI handle everything in the meanwhile.
AH Grrr... I am on same boat, I am waiting for my withdrawal transactions to ICICI to be credited. Anyone had luck with any reply from paypal.

me too using SBI bt havnt tranfered money into Bank Account now. You ll getting your money within 2-3 days
I am also facing problem with my transfer of $1400 which i requested on 19th february to Axis bank. Even my funds are not credited in my account, I went to bank and they have no idea, they said you need to provide transfer ID, because they have received nothing from paypal for me. I hope paypal knows about this issue and looking into the matter to resolve the problem.
We understand, but this seems to be a problem/issue and not delay on transaction time... hope it get solved soon...
Understand your point, however normally till last time it was taking maximum of 2-3business days. Moreover some of the transactions done on 21st are already completed. Issue is specifically with 19th and 20th feb 2009, withdrawal requests. If anyone have any updates from paypal, please do write updates here.
Shame on paypal! Just wasting my time in checking my account for last few days. what will it harm if Paypal has a better system in place. They make 4% on all my money + They make money by going me Too poor currency change and they still have Worst customer service We are going to shift away from paypal as soon as we came across an alternate
Look this is a technical matter and it happens sometime. Dont blame to paypal as they are best around in terms of money transfer fees which is Rs 50 on NEFT withdrawal. Compare with Western Union/MoneyGram
I just hope that paypal is aware of this technical glitch at there end and they should confirm us that they are aware of the fact that the withdrawals are pending and give us time frame that when we can finally expect our payments.
Well, i get the money in my SBI and Punjab National Bank within 24 hours after it gets COMPLETED in paypal. And even paypal just takes exactly 24 hours n 30 mins to make a withdrawl COMPLETED. I got all my three withdrawls done on 19th, 21st and 25th.
Are you sure about Punjab National Bank? Coz I thought PNB is not on Paypal's withdrawal allowed banks, One of my transaction was rejected at PNB, even providing correct details.
