Today is 26th the date paypal tell we should have the money in bank (on 19th withdraw) If it does not come today what we should do something.someone need to inform paypal about the issue.Perhaps they just missed 2 days data! I am going to try FAX them tmrw ,do anyone know the FAX number ? emailing them is last option as it will get replied only after weeks
Instead of contacting them through email or fax them, better to contact them through phone call as that way you can sort out your querry quickly IMO. DON.
I just checked my account and guess what ???? NO LUCK !!! This has never happened before. I think all the information in PayPal is OK coz I withdrew last month and it took 2days. What's wrong with 19th - 20th ??? Have to mail PayPal about it.
Dont worry things will be okay in couple of days. I remember when my payment dated 11th October was arrived to my a/c on 16th october 2008 . This happen with paypal rearely only.
I also withdrawn 190$ on 16 Feb! And i received funds within 3-4 days BTW I am using Indian Overseas Bank
I think problem only with withdrawal transactions which made on 19th and 20th Feb.2009 and they aware of it IMO so be patient as they will sort it out soon. BTW why don't you give them a phone call DON.
Oh! not again, i am also facing problem with funds withdrawn on 19th and 20th but got the payments which was done on 21st!! This happened to me last Oct08 and again now, i think eveyone has problem need to email paypal and let them know the situation, which we did last time and paypal solved it in 2 days...
Yes exactly am also looking for there email id, but calling to paypal's chennai office will be a better option.
I doubt Chennai office has customer service facility, you need to email login to your account and use the link from there and withing 24hrs you will get a response...
I too have transferred the money from paypal to my bank account on 19th and another transaction on 23rd! I didn't receive even one payment to my bank account! I am really worried about that!
I just email paypal about it but that does not help normally as it take them weeks to reply. If some one get me a FAX number I will fax them
At times like this it makes me worried too and why the hell there is no alternative to paypal? and why paypal is not upgrading their service and take proper care for us!! I am damn sure paypal is one of the company making very good profit even in these bad times... hope in future they come out with better solution or Google comes out with Gpay...
