New PR fraud method detected - Google please fix this !

Great found and analysis. Samdar great job on experimenting it around. It kept me hovering for few days on how the hack are they manage to get that high up the ladder. But as they say, the higher they climb, the heavier they fall.

I am pretty very sure that G is doing something, and i do believe they are getting updates on it. The time of update won't be long, but what pity is for those that have submitted on the directory(if there is any).

I really do hope the business of genuine directory owner will rise up again for their hardwork effort.

 

That's right buddy. Google would and should do something about it. I tweeted but never got a reply from Matt Cutts. Probably you should help spread the word by tweeting this if you are active on Twitter.

Real pathetic situation for folks who get misguided by these mafia group. And it's so frustration for a person who is putting his hard work in developing a site / directory from scratch. These mafia guys wont understand the reality. As you know there are whole lot of ways to earn good income by selling legit domains. I myself sold over 50 domains in 1 month just in DP. If these guys are legit, there are people who are willing to spend good amount of money. Real problem is because of the mess these guys are doing in DP, by polluting the environment, it is very difficult for real domainers to sell their real PR domains. Buyers simply get frustrated seeing all these crappy and cheap domains Oh God !

so invalid mean Fake? i check www.emailspread1.com and show the same result.

 

It seems every site is now showing those same results on that site, I just checked a few more sites. I think maybe it's not working properly anymore.

you should always check linkbacks before buying a domain for pagerank. your not going to hit pr8 with 14k linkbacks from 2 domains.
Most of these guys are just redirecting google and not even getting linkbacks for show so its kind of easy to tell.

I always analyze backlinks before buying PR domains.
Before any domain purchase spend some time and find from where the PR comes with the help of Link Assistant, open site explorer and yahoo site explorer.

That is why you should only buy QUALITY domain names, not names for PR. What a waste of money!
