I think Google will place more value into social media, especially YouTube.

Also AI is making things interesting, not sure how that will play out though.

I would love to see AI used to improve search results. I have noticed the top results seem to get more and more spammy every year. For example, I have a gardening site and used to rank really well worldwide for something like "growing mangoes". My site is all original content based on my personal experiences growing plants. However, in the last 10 years my traffic has been going down, and now when I search on the same phrase I get at the top of the search results a site which has obviously been cobbled together just to serve ads. Worst yet I often find my own text plagiarized on these sites. Why can't Google see through this BS? Hopefully AI will work better. By the way, I have been putting a higher density of ads on my own site but honestly it makes me feel a little dirty doing so.
