IE7 frooze two or three times on me (beta 2 then), but nothing a ctrl+alt+del couldnt help. The final version never crashed on me. Love how it works and is the best browser at the moment in my opinion.

Haven't read the thread, but just a quik response :
This is posted from a Firefox, but Firefox 2 really makes IE7 look good. FF2 crashes more frequently than a retarded kid on Ice. Sure It recovers nicely, but I had it crash over Flash, Large Ajax-oriented websites, I had it even crash on it's own session restore feature !
FF2 seems to be for Firefox what Netscape 4+ was to navigator. A poorly written rushed piece of software. If you are a regular home user, stick to IE7.

Using Internet Explorer 7 since the first beta, not had any problems with it and very happy.

I maintain this to be the best browser to date.

my personal experience since my last post has been horrendous.

ie crashed so I uploaded again.since that time i can't get it to work on my computer anymore. I am going to stick to my firefox no more ie7 ,8 or 9. After all the originals are always way better than the fakes.

It is really too bad for me, all stuff they had added are already in FF, with all those plug-in and extensions, I won't try IE7 again. They really should try to be more creative.

I don't really like it. The font on every website looks weird now.

Interestingly enough, I think someone mentioned it in the forums here.. I found Avant Browser to be very customizable and nice. I downloaded IE7 and thought it was alright, but I prefered IE6 and Firefox. Now I typically use Avant more than anything. The only thing I do not like about it is that it does not seem to handle the Alexa toolbar. This doesn't really bother me, as Google is the one that I need.

    :)

You can turn that off in the options. But if you got a flatscreen monitor, the text really reads better in IE7 then in FF. Just needs a little getting used to, but after that you wont want to turn back.

i always hated ie, but ie7 takes forever to start. it loads up and then freezes while it connects to some msn sites. (dunno why... i set yahoo as my home page thinking it'd stop this) but anyways.
i havent really used it to know anything else.

i only have it installed because other people who use this pc use Ie.

I didn't like IE6 cause it hasn't tabs, now IE7 has tabs, it is good but anyway I prefer FierFox instead of IE7.

I actually quite like it - although I still use FF for different types of applications (mostly because I like to be able to CNTRL+/- the size of the screen window).

I really like the way IE7 treats images, the re-size option is a lot neater now than it used to be.

I don't like the fact that the refresh button is on the RH side of the window now, that seems a bit of an after-thought.
