    Charles, a few corrections on your information.

    1. RAID doesn't mean 100% uptime, it just means that if 1 drive files, the other one has mirrored data. RAID does not protect against data corruption. If your server crashes, you will have downtime, if any other part dies on your server, you will have downtime.

    2. Hivelocity does not allow warez, warez linking, or anything illegal. They WILL shut you down. I would strongly recommend against hosting illegal files, especially if you live in the USA (or host in the USA).

    3. We can most likely beat any deal Hivelocity can offer you, contact me if you'd like more details on the servers we can provide to you.

    4. The truth always comes out, be honest with your customers.

    I know i've been ripped off like this 3 times now by hit and run resellers, I wish i could deal only with hosts that have been online for over2-3 years but i think that's very unlikely to happen here.

    There's plenty of hosts that are here for 2 - 3 years, the ones that do don't offer hosting plans at $10/year. Look to pay at least $60+ per year if you want the company to last.
