You are completely adjusting screenshots in a wrong chronological order to make us look like we are doing something that we are not. Why would we want to take your $68.00 in the first place, that's just absurd and stupid. If we still owe you money, I am sorry for that. I don't have the accounting in the office now but when they return on Monday we will resolve it. As shown, I asked you to contact me and you never contacted me to provide anything. I wanted to resolve the problem for you but you were clearly not interested in getting this handled, you were interested in damaging my reputation for no reason whatsoever. Networks get hiccups too... and it doesn't necessarily mean the network is a "big scam". I can see Ryan (tacoX) actually responded above. This doesn't normally happen with "scamming" networks Anyways, I do hope you get your issue resolved soon. $68 may not be alot to some people - but I know it's not the amount of money, but the principle that's the issue. Rough, makes me want to check up on the networks that I've worked on... Is there like a website that looks into these types of complaints? Like a central complaint database or the like? In South Africa, we have a site called "Hellopeter.com" where you can raise grievances or even just check up on what people are saying about a company, I wonder if there is something similar for IM...
