Hi to all, This should be easy enough to do with someone familiar with the scripts. I have need someone to install joomla, OR, CMS REALTY for me on 15 sites. If you have a look at this forum here, it describes how I would like it done. http://www.prorealestatenetwork.com/real-estate-website-design/1877-joomla-vs-open-realty-vs-drupal.html particularly What I have is 15 domain names. 9 are niche real estate sites (individual cities for example) of a greater area (the tenth domain - they are cities or areas of a state) so I would like the individual listings by agents on the 9 sites to also show on site 10. As well as have other agents list on site 10. This is done via the methods described above on that forum post(joint database). 2 more domains are a niche (individual cities) for a third site - other agents again listing on this third site Then I have 2 more individual sites- individual databases. All sites need the following installed. Latest working version of joomla (1.1* series not the 1.5 version) with cms realty/open realty. SEO urls - the best possible solution here - you are the expert. I hear good things about SH404sef and I am pretty sure it works with CMS Realty. Ideally I would like them to not be able to tell what system I am using by looking at the url. What I dont want is www.mysite.com/cmsrealty/propertname I would prefer www.mysite.com/propertyname Google adsense mambot installed. Google adsense module installed. Anything else you can think of that I might need. (like all free options for OR - seachbots, featured listings etc etc) My end goal is to have agents list their sites for free (I wont charge them at this stage) managing their own accounts and listings. All sites will be hosted on some hosting I have with site5.com. The admin panel of this is basically a fancy version of cpanel, im sure you will be able to handle it. I will give you the domain names and how to access the cpanel etc and you can go from there. I am overseas on business at the moment, have limited access to the internet. I should be able to respond to questions within a day or so. I also do have my own server with liquidweb, but I prefer to keep that free of these sites for now. If site5 cant handle what is described above let me know and I will give you server access and do a dns change. PM/post here your prices, I wont necessarily go the cheapest, I want someone who has done a fair bit of Digital point work here and has a good rep, and of course someone who knows what they are doing.
I will try and post this easier with more descriptions as I have had a fair few pm’s for clarification. 1. All 15 sites need joomla installed. 2. All 15 sites need an adsense module and an adsense mambot installed 3. All 15 sites need the best option for SEO url’s 4. All 15 sites need the CMS Realty component which is Open-Realty installed with all free options like featured listings and searchbots etc – these are available on the CMS realty site. Configuration. 9 websites are individual city real estate websites. These cities are all cities in 1 particular state. The 9 websites will have agents listing properties in their local area (their specific cities site) and I also want those real estate listings to show on the main site, which is the “State†website, automatically. How this is done I believe is to create a separate database (separate to the joomla installation) for open realty. This is the master database. This is then configured to have all properties in it show for the main “state†site, but only the properties related to the specific city will show on that city website. The forum post I linked to and quoted, describes how to do this, I am unsure of specifics. I then want 2 more city sites configured to another state site (third site). Same as described above but instead of 9 city sites, only 2 city sites with a “state†master site. Finally, I want the final 2 sites standalone cms realty/joomla/adsense sites.
