NEW Trampolining Site with Google Top 10 Rankings

Started up the site just over 2 months ago and already has these keyword google rankings:

trampoline tricks - 8
tricks to do on a trampoline - 8
advanced trampoline tricks - 6
cool trampoline tricks - 9
tricks on a trampoline - 11

These search terms which the site is currently optimised for add up to 2611 visitors a month according to the google adwords tool.

Site has 71 backlinks according to google including one PR 4 pointing to it however PR is 0 due to the fact I have spent minimal time on SEO.

The original idea of the site was to be a paid membership site for trampoline enthusiasts but I do not have the time or money to develop the content for the site. Therefore I so far have only built a SEO optimised lead capture page which has accumulated 35 newsletter subscribers. There is also a forum which is just beginning to become active with 4 members currently active.

I have never developed any content for the site so no revenue has yet been made.

I did begin to develop a proper site with the Joomla CMS which can be seen here: http://www.trampolinetricksecrets.com/members/ - this has a fully functional subscription system build into it using the AEC and JACL components of Joomla. This comes with the site if you want it.

The traffic values peaked in July becuase I ran an adwords campaign that month.

How does the site make money? I see no ads?

 

The site makes no revenue as I said earlier as I was building the site around a paid membership model, where users would pay to use the site but never got this far.
