Selling my directory - websortings.com

I hate to do it but I've taken on more work than I have time for an must sell a directory of mine. www.websortings.com

The new owner will get everything on the site including the template. There is one condition, the featured listings already in the directory must stay in tack for the remainder of their year.

I will be able to help the new owner out for a short time with anything they need on the site and can host it for a month or so if needed.

Directory stats:
categories: 559 (manually done, took me 3 days)
active links: 471
pending: 855

The directory usually gets 20 to 50 new submissions a day.

how much do you charge per featured listing (paid listing)? I am assuming that amount is for whole year.

 

There are 3 paid options:
$1 for 24 hour review to get into directory as regular link
$15 for a featured link for a year
$15 for a sponsored link shown through the directory on left site with picture for 1 month.

The first two are done automatically with the script, the monthly one has to do added manually but takes only a minute as I have the template complete for adding sites. I also have a script to rotate the site wide sponsored links if you want it but it slows down the load time.

 

I was asked if the winner will get the doman. Yes, it is registered through Godaddy and is active until 5/14/2008.

Thanks for the bids so far. Just a little more info about www.websortings.com, currently it is ranked 13th at directory critic by other users. Currently we have 98 pages indexed by Google and growing weekly.
