The PR is for the BLOG and not the page itself!

There are a couple of principles that pertain to backlinks that I would like to cover first. The first is that there is a fallacy that abounds regarding backlinks. That fallacy goes something like this: “The website carries High Page Rank, but the place I am leaving my link is on a low or non-existant Page Rank “inner page”.
