    I have also made it very easy to add new backgrounds and styles, even a novice php programmer should be able to add new styles easily. I will be putting some AdSense ads on the site and adding a config file where the buyer will be able to change the AdSense code to there own easily. As this side has been 100% coded and designed by myself I am looking to get around $60, there is currently no other twitter dynamic image sites out there so should be fairly easy to attract users.

    Depends on how complicated you want this? do you want a set of backgrounds to chose from or do you want them to be able to upload backgrounds to use?

    Yeah, I'd probably just add a few styles. With an example or some simple instructions I'm sure I could do it myself.
