    1. It's been #1 for the last 2 years for it's main keyword phrase.
    2. Makes at least 100.00 dollars per day from Adsense for the last 2 years.
    3. Receives an average of 1500 uniques per day. Yes that's it the niche pays extremely well and CTR is high.

    The price is not negotiable 48,000.00 ( just under x15 months income) there is a lot of room to make more money using other income streams. I will only PM the URL to those who I deem could be potential buyers.

    I listed this with my broker yesterday and there is someone interested already but I figured I would list it here as a backup. I am selling because my partners and I have a new business launching very soon and I am raising as much capital as I can.

    Man you need like a billion stats posted up here for that number to even be considered and 48000 for a site making $3000 a month is a bit overpriced to IMO.

    I just got off the phone with my broker and it looks like there is a pending sale. Looks like I should have waited before I created this thread but anyway... Anyone is who interested I will let you know if the sale doesn't go through.
