SpeedySparrow does allow clients to run proxies on their websites. However, these tend to be large system hogs and may fall into the usage limitations clause. If your proxies are using too much resources, your account will be suspended and may face termination.

Nice Terms, who would go for such Proxy Hosting We need no limitations.

 

If you want a host with no limitations then expect a slow site, lots of downtime and the host won't be online for too long either. We make sure that our hosting is fast, no downtime and to be online for atleast the next couple of years.
