Do you have any experience with your categories database after update to new WordPress version? If yes how should i handle this ? Thank you.

I found: http://www.funponsel.com/blog/archi...press-26-missing-categories-almost-instantly/ after I went through the first fix but I had already implemented it on my 9 WP sites so am not sure as to how well it works or if it even does.
