This type of keywords are not in effect anymore. Google have every site monitored.. concentrate on content and not on keywords..

Hey please dont everyone now go out and start to build
websites based around these keywords.

If you know anything about building websites, there will
be an extremely large amount of competition which is
why the Costs are so high.

On many occasions even though it says over $10-$20
per click you never get anywere near this.

You can make more money on smaller targetted niches,
with good quality content instead so please dont waste
your time.

If you do go for these niches then dig down into the niche
further and you will benefit more from it.

Yeh, the thing is companies may pay like $4 per click + in certain industries but they would never pay this to advertise on the adsense content network, only in google SERPS.

This list is useful! but i personally agree on Top Paying Keyword! such as Insurance, Credit & Cheap but other dont give constant earnings every time

the list is ok - but there is nothing to do with such info (correct me is i'm wrong)...
Those keywords are to general (not niches) - it is almost impossible to get on the first page (google) for a keyword like "CAR".
If you mean that any ad with those keywords gives high paying clicks thats wrong - medicine or law (as expensive services) pays much better.
